Jiu Jitsu Intermediate +

This class is designed for practitioners who have a basic understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and want to refine their techniques and deepen their knowledge. Sessions focus on positional control, transitions, submissions, and escapes, with an emphasis on live drilling and situational rolling to improve timing and efficiency.

Prerequisite: White belt with experience or coach approval required.
