Kids MMA

A fun and engaging class designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts in a safe and supportive environment. Kids will learn basic striking, grappling, and self-defense techniques while building confidence, discipline, and coordination. Classes focus on skill development through drills, games, and controlled practice.

Ages: 5 - 12 
Prerequisite: No experience required.
